Encore is located east of Washington D.C. about halfway to Annapolis; specifically, Encore is located off of Maryland Rt. 301 (South), one mile south of its intersection with Maryland Rt. 214 (Central Avenue). Encore is located within the "Collington Center and Free Trade Zone" office park. The entrance road for the office park is Trade Zone Ave., which is the first signal light on Rt. 301 south of its intersection with Rt. 214.

Once you turn right from Rt. 301 onto Trade Zone Ave . then proceed until you reach a Stop sign (at the intersection with Commerce Drive). Go straight through the intersection into the building complex ahead, and turn left at the first opportunity; then go about a half block; Encore's Showroom is at 611 Commerce Drive.
